Check, Credit and Debit Card, and Bank Draft Donation Instructions for the First Lutheran Church Foundation

Thank you for supporting the Foundation! To ensure your donation is processed correctly, please follow these instructions:

For Check Donations:

1. Make checks payable to First Lutheran Church Foundation. (Please do not combine First Lutheran Church Foundation and First Lutheran Church donations in a single check or transaction. Write a separate check for each organization. The Foundation and Church are separate 501(c)(3) organizations.)
2. Use the check’s memo line. In the memo line, please write if the donation is a:
3. Memorial (please include the deceased name).
4. Gift in honor of someone (please include the honoree’s name).
5. Gift (if the donation isn’t attributed to a person).
6. Speaker Series
7. Mail checks to:
